Repack a Silencer

1. Remove the silencer from the dirt bike.

Clean the inside of the housing with a paper towel.
5. Clean the muffler core with a wire brush.
6. Slide the repacking kit over the muffler core and then remove the paper tube.
7. Slide the silencer core with the new packing material back into the silencer housing.
8. Push the inlet cap back onto the silencer, secure it, and then mount it to your bike.
