There are many 1993 Cadillac models that chalk up been issued recalls and repair cue.The 1993 Deville was another vehicle that had an issue with one of its oil hoses. The vehicle's oil cooler hose on its upper transaxle had a tendency to disengage. This problem could have resulted in engine fire.
The clutch meeting was able to come in contact with an oil hose that led to the hose's breakage. This headache could ahead to an engine element in that the oil leak directly flowed gone to the engine compartment. About 10,146 Eldorados and Sevilles were released with their fuel injection systems loose and unlocked. This problem could cause fuel leakage that would have ended up to an engine fire. Vehicles found to have this problem are repaired by either adjusting the fuel injection system, or replacing the whole part.
