Pull the starter out until you can gain access to the wires that are bolted to the starter solenoid. Disconnect the wires. Fasten the wires that attach to the solenoid. Bolt the starter to the housing in the reverse order of removal. Reinstall the cross-brace if it was removed. Lower the Jeep off of the jack stands or off of the ramp.
