Prepare Korv

Korv is naught amassed than the Swedish word for Salame; nevertheless, in Swedish cuisine korv can be prepared in a Broad combo of ways. Brilliant cook korv isn't backbreaking, and gives you the know-how to flavour your meals with spicy Salame essences. Instructions


Korv Bubble and Squeak


1. Slice two peeled potatoes into disc-like slices. Add them to a 14 inch skillet and Sleet 1/4 Mug olive oil on top of the potatoes.


2. Press the unprepared korv into the pan and cover it with the uncooked cabbage leaves. Cover the pan.


Traditional Swedish Korv

4. Fill an 8 quart stockpot half-full with water. This is what gives the dish its name. Uncover the pan and turn over the contents of the pan with a spatula. Cover it again and let it cook for another 20 minutes. Serve with Scrambled eggs or eat as is with a little salt.


3. Turn on the stove to a medium-high temperature setting. Let the covered pan cook like this for 15 minutes. During this time you will hear sounds of bubbling and squeaking of the cabbage.


Bring the water to a rolling boil.


5. Add the sausage to the pot along with four whole peeled potatoes.


6. Add 1 lb. of fresh green beans. Cover the pot and allow it to boil for 1 hour. Serve in bowls with bread and butter for the traditional Swedish korv experience.
