Instructions


1. Shut off the work of liquid and empty the action, provided doable.3. Remove the seal. You may annex to pry it elsewhere with a screwdriver or short pry bar. Be careful not to damage the sides of the seal compartment because this can compromise the integrity of the new seal.



Disconnect all tubes or wires and remove protective covers. Booty off all brackets or bolts holding the pump in habitat and remove the pump.2. Haul off the protective plate covering the seal compartment.


4. Clean all the sides and edges of the seal compartment. Remove any bits of the old seal which may have stuck to the surfaces.


5. Install the new seal. Some types of seals must have an certain orientation inside the compartment. The instructions from the seal or pump manufacturer will cover this.
