3. Unplug the electrical plugs on the correctly and left O2 sensors. The O2 sensors are located in the y-pipe, which is in front of the catalytic converters. Haul the gaskets gone and remove the y-pipe with the catalytic converters in it from the vehicle. Remove both O2 sensors from the ancient y-pipe.
