19. Remove the manifold by pulling it from the studs on the engine and lifting it up off of the down pipe.


20. Remove the old doughnut gasket from the down pipe and the old manifold gasket from the engine studs. Place new gaskets in both areas.


21. Put the new manifold on the down pipe and tighten the nuts hand tight. Push the manifold onto the studs coming from the engine and torque all of the nuts to the manufacturer specifications listed in the repair manual.


22. Start the vehicle and listen for and leaks.
