1969 Chevelle Specs

The 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle belongs to the moment day of this imitation, which ran from 1968 to 1972. Its magnitude and typical appearance are nearly twin to that of the preceding 1968 mould.

The 1969 Chevelle had a wheelbase of 112 inches for the coupe and 116 inches for the sedan and wagon.


The machine's overall length varied from 197 inches for the coupe to 201 inches for the sedan and 206 inches for the wagon.


All three chassis styles shared the equivalent 76-inch wideness.


New for 1969


While the 1969 Chevelle shared all the more of its draw with the preceding mould year, there were diverse differences.


The Super Sport, or "SS" container, formerly offered as a seperate representation, first off became an optional combination which could be added to lower-end trim levels.1969 and introduced the special-edition 427-cubic-inch big block V-8 engine. According to the website "musclecarfacts.net" these came in a very limited run and most became the rare "Yenko" Chevelle.


According to "SS396.com," a classic Chevelle restoration website, the 1969 imitation year received distinct cosmetic changes. These changes included fresh tail lights, grille, and headlamp bezels.The 1969 Chevelle extremely received cutting edge drive-train options.
